Evenflo Car Seat Recall 2014

Recall Alert! Evenflo Increases Recall to 1.5 Million Car Seats

Before taking the kids for a ride today, check your car seat. Today, Evenflo added 202,346 more car seats to an April recall of 1.3 million products. The addition comes after the company learned that the harness crotch buckle becomes resistant to unlatching over time, making it difficult to remove a child quickly in case of an emergency. The car seats were sold between 2011 and 2014.

The following models are included in the recall:

Model Name Model Number Prefix
Embrace 35 307, 315, 468, 481, 484,529, or 553
Momentum 65, Momentum 65 LX, and Momentum 65 DLX 385
