All Aboard! Adorable Preppy Pink Nautical Party
Tracy Allen of Sweet Peach Paperie created a one-of-a-kind preppy pink nautical party for her daughter's first birthday that has us seriously longing for Spring. This lakeside bash was adorably decorated in pink and navy and peppered with anchor and sailboat details. The party ended up being smooth sailing, but novice party planners will be happy to hear that even pros like Tracy can hit a few speed bumps along the way. She said, "It was a very busy day with lots of hiccups as we prepared for the party, but it ended in the most perfect way! Sitting by the lake, watching the sun set and celebrating our precious daughter made it so worth all the hard work!" Scroll on down to see the pretty, preppy party.
Nautical Invitations
Tracy said, "The invites are always my very favorite part! I lined the navy envelopes with a pink stripe paper and sealed them with a coordinating return address sticker. "

Catch of the Day
Each individual container holds pretzel goldfish. Tracy explains how she got the idea for the containers: "We were eating lunch at Atlanta Bread & Co., and those perfect little containers were served with the kid's meal. It never hurts to ask! I offered to purchase some, and the kind manager gave me as many as I needed."
Mini Yogurt Parfaits
Mini yogurt parfaits topped with blueberries provided a healthy snack for the guests.
Nautical Cupcakes
Perfectly coordinating cupcake from Claudia the Cupcake Lady.
Anchor Cookies
Sweet Goosie Girl made these adorable anchor cookies, which also topped Tracy's list for favorite party details.

Tracy filled a dollar-bin pail from Target with "Life Preservers," aka Life Savers.

Custom Water Bottles
These bottle wraps are actually very simple to do. Tracy explains: "Print them on regular paper, cut, and use a bit of glue stick to adhere to the bottle. Sometimes I add a small piece of clear tape in the back. They fit any standard-size water bottle."
Goody Bags
Guests left with goody bags (from Shop Sweet Lulu) of personalized notes along with their hand-built sailboats.
Handmade Sailboat
Partygoers built and took home their own sailboats.
