Gross Burp Cloths: Kid Friendly or Are You Kidding?

Once baby arrives, parents get potty mouth. Words like "poop", "pee" and "spit up" fuel entire conversations. Though just about every mom and dad freely discusses the bodily fluids of their babe, would you go as far as to decorate with the terms? Plain Mary offers a Gross Burp Set ($40) of cloths embroidered with the words "poop", "tinkle", "gross" and "puke". Would you buy them?

Why are they white? Wouldn't it be smarter to have them beige or something?Too expensive.

The price is way too steep...but I find them to be hilarious.

I'm indifferent to the embroidered words (and I love irreverent humor; I just don't think these are all that funny) but I think I might be allergic to the price-tag.

We had to use full towels with my oldest son. He didn't have GERD or anything, his stomach valve just didn't mature for about 8 weeks. So I would nurse him on a towel and have a couple on the floor in front of me, so that when he made his noise I could tip him forward and he could projectile onto that.

I think they are funny. Unfortunately with my GERD baby we use full flannel receiving blankets for burp clothes in our house.

I don't think they're gross but I don't think they're cute either. But I've also never used burp cloths for poop and pee, and the word "tinkle" makes me twitch. *lol*

Funny, but I would rather just use plain cloths or towels and save the money.

That is funny but who wants to buy them for $40 when they will probably be used for those exact things!!!!
