Harmful Teen Habits

The Three Habits That Are Hurting Your Teen

Every so often, teens do some not-so-healthy things like binging on junk food or experimenting with drugs. Their most harmful habits, however, occur often and and in your own home. The activities, which included high media use for nonwork purpose, low exercise levels, and lack of sleep, are often overlooked when looking into the causes of psychological problems.
