When you think about it, Santa Claus lives a pretty unhealthy lifestyle: he pulls an all-nighter for his job, overexerts himself once a year after living a primarily sedentary lifestyle, and his choice of the North Pole as home base means he may have a severe Vitamin D deficiency at least half of the year.

Come holiday time, we moms know all about all-nighters, over exertion, and not enough sun exposure, too! And while we might not need to worry about germs in our beards, when it comes to too much milk and cookies, most of us can say, Tell me about it, Santa!
