Healthy Fruit and Veggie Popsicle Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 pouches of Kale, Sweet Potato, Banana NurturMeal blend
• Apple
• Cantaloupe
• Raspberries
• Organic Whole Milk Plain Yogurt (or greek yogurt)
• Honey

Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients in the blender.

2. To make it visually more pleasing and attractive for children, keep some of the raspberries whole and do not add in the blender. Add these raspberries to the bottom of the popsicles molds, add some honey over these whole raspberries, before pouring in the kale, sweet potato, banana yogurt mixture.

3. Freeze for at least 7 hours!
