Establishing a fix bedtime routine helps a lot. I massaged and played and fed my son before putting him to bed every night. Also i feel he started sleeping much better when i switched to a quilted sleep sack. It made him feel comfy and regulated the body temperature, i never found him cold or sweaty. We even carried his baby deedee sack to camping, parent and friend visits and he slept well in his regular sleepwear.
