Many serious actors like to step into their character's shoes to fully understand the role they are asked to portray. It appears Jenna Elfman is taking her role on the new show Accidentally on Purpose quite literally. The small screen mama is expanding her family and making her son Story, 2, a big brother. The sitcom debuts this coming Monday, Sept. 21 and will tell the tale of a woman who finds herself expecting a young man's babe — a slight variation from the actress's real-life story. If the show is anything like the amazingly written book, we'll be fans. Wardrobe accommodations should be made a bit easier as the stylists will have a real bump to work with as opposed to pillows or other lovely stuffings. Surely the leggy mommy could reenact her pregnancy days without having to live them out but the authenticity and humor of certain moments will seamlessly translate to the audience and her costars.
