Keepsake Case For Positive Pregnancy Test

Keepsake Case For Positive Pregnancy Test?

Sometimes memories aren't enough . . . even when they involve peeing on a stick. Expectant mothers who can't part with their positive home pregnancy tests consider them keepsakes. And now, one manufacturer is offering the mamas-to-be a case to store the treasure in (with proof of purchase, of course!). According to a study conducted by E.P.T., the urine strips ranked right up there with items like ultrasound photos and hospital wristbands in terms of things mothers cherish. Since the test isn't normally something parents display on the mantel, most people stored theirs in a plastic bag. What's your opinion?

Taking a picture is a great idea. Keeping the actual stick? Ew.

Oh come on, this is just gross. Take a photo if you want, but seriously? Throw them out! Sounds like something a hoarder would keep, to be honest.

Nah. I took so many of them to be sure that day, I'd need a larger bag. I have pics of them so its fine.

No thanks. I got my permanent keepsake of that positive pregnancy test about 8 months after I took it.

The lines from my first son have faded since the test was taken in 1992. The four I took with my second son were digital, so they poofed 24 hours later too.

Mine was digital and died after about 24 hours, so it wasn't an option to keep it. I took a picture though! Not sure if I would've wanted to keep a stick with my pee on it, though, ha.
