Fresh Raspberry, Sage, & Ginger Soda

Kid-Friendly Mocktails

Ingredients

  1. 2-3 ounces sparkling water
  2. 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  3. 3/4 ounce agave syrup (1:1 ratio of water to agave)
  4. 1/8 ounce fresh ginger juice
  5. 5 raspberries or blackberries
  6. 3 sage leaves

Directions

Mash everything except sparkling water. Then add sparkling water in a shaker with ice, and shake and strain into a glass with ice, and garnish with blackberries on top. For an adult version, replace the water with gin. Cheers!
