FWIW, the amount you're able to pump doesn't equate to how good or bad your supply is. There's misinformation out there that if you can't pump very much, your supply must be bad and your baby must be starving so you "obviously" have to supplement or switch to formula. The truth is, some women respond very well or very poorly to pumps and the amount your baby gets is not relative to how much you can pump.
