We are having an echocardiogram but only because I had a half-sister born with a Congenital Heart Defect. During the 20-week anatomy screening a quick scan is done of the heart but is it for people with no family history of #CHD. For parents with no CHD testing there is always the pulse oximetry test 24-48 hours after birth (it does have to be requested at some hospitals though).
