Minnesota Man Turns Baby's Crib Into Memorial Bench

This Grieving Mother Got an Amazing Gift (From a Complete Stranger)

Losing a baby is one of the toughest things a mother has to endure. So when Gerald Kumpula, an older gentleman who is skilled with his hands and kind with his heart, found out that the crib he had purchased from a garage sale was meant for a baby who didn't survive birth, he turned the piece of furniture into something beautiful, both physically and emotionally. Grab a tissue and watch to see exactly what he did — we especially love Kumpula's humble comment at the end, which he says as he fights to hold back his own tears: "It's fun to be able to do something." Fear not, mamas; random acts of kindness do actually exist!
