If ever there was a reason to have a favorite song, it's got to be this:
Leila Neve, a mom in Leeds, England, is grateful to singer Adele for her song Rolling in the Deep. Leila's 7-year-old had fallen into a coma following a rare and severe brain aneurism, and doctors had told her family to say their final goodbyes. But when Leila climbed into daughter Charlotte's hospital bed to give her a last embrace, the popular Adele song came on the radio and she began to sing along to her little girl. Within seconds, Charlotte opened her eyes and smiled. The song was one the two liked to sing together.
In spite of massive hemorrhaging from her brain, Charlotte has displayed a remarkable recovery, re-learning to talk and walk, and just recently returning to school. Leila Neve's take? "It’s a complete miracle."
