Va Va Valentine's Day: Keep It Going

We are bringing sexy back in a big way this Valentine's Day at LilSugar. No "schedule a date night," just tips to get you and hubby back in the sack.

Once you've conquered your first time back in the saddle, it's time to focus on gaining – and maintaining – momentum. Between a lil one's unpredictable sleep schedule, your return to the working world and daily activities, it's a wonder moms can even keep up.

Kristen Chase's The Mominatrix's Guide to Sex, A No-Surrender Advice Book for Naughty Moms offers some tongue-in-cheek humor to get you focused.

  • Sleep-deprived mamas and cozy beds don't equal great sex. "When you're the mom of a small baby, you're probably running on fumes . . . you are much more likely to enjoy sex, or at least stay awake during it, if you attempt it somewhere else."
  • Go to the videotape. Consider watching some porn together, either online or on video to get you in the mood (or at least loosen you up a bit). Or, if you are concerned about having the DVDs laying about, check out your cable subscriptions – HBO and Showtime offer plenty of shows that can get the job done.
  • Sexting – It's not just for teens. There has been a lot of news recently about teens' use of sexting and how dangerous it can be for them. But you are an adult, so some risque texts and a few strategic photos sent to your partner could get things going when you both get home.

What do you think of Chase's tips?
