Texan mom Cassie McLelland has been making son Caleb his Halloween costumes every year since he was 2, the same year he got his first wheelchair, a result of his spina bifida. Cassie's breathtaking wheelchair costumes have ranged from MarioKart to the Batmobile, and Oregon father Ryan Weimer is doing the same with his nonprofit Magic Wheelchair.
