Patemm Changing Pads

Mommy's Lil Helper: Patemm Diaper Pad

Originally designed to accommodate a few essential baby items, diaper bags have become carry–alls for mothers on the move. Some $500 totes brag that they have enough space for a sleeping bag! For moms who want to get back to the basics, the droolicious Patemm ($30 and up) changing pad is a must have.

The compact square package opens up into a large circular pad with compartments for diapers, wipes and even a change of clothes. For tots who like to wiggle around, let them. Have no fears about your babe's bum, as it will easily stay on the 360 degree mat. Crafted from oilcloth fabric and elastic straps, the delightful prints are a cinch to keep clean — just wipe, fold and go.

I have this pad and LOVE it!! Someone gave it to me when my son was born and it has been a lifesaver. It is big enough to ensure that his head, hands and tush never touch a public changing table. It has held up for more than two years and is so easy to wipe down! I give them to all of my friends when they have babies and they all seem to love it as well!! No complaints from our end!

A friend of mine has this and has troubles with it trying to refold itself with the baby on it. It never lays flat. I have a regular one that fits in my purse and folds into about a 5 inch square. I grabbed it at Target.
