Personalized Stroller Plates

Personalized Plates for Your Wee Ride

My playground is filled with hundreds of strollers on a normal day. When the weather is nice, they triple in number and more than a handful of them are the same one I push around. I can't tell you how many times I have walked up to a stroller, reached into the diaper bag and panicked when my wallet wasn't there, only to realize that my buggy was the one next to it.

The stroller license plates created by the Swedish BabiePlates may be just what you need to identify your ride. They can be customized with your child's name, your favorite slogan or a nickname, as well as your child's birth date and the flag of the country of birth. Starting at $40, they may also save your sanity.

I agree with the above posters. That (to me) is too much information.

i've never confused our stroller with another, but i would like to have Theon's name somewhere so that people stop assuming his name is Dionne/Leon. (and i can stop spelling it out) i guess that is the price we pay for our unusual name though! unfortunately, i am to private to do something like this, would always be paranoid of people trying to use it against us in any way

I agree Rosa. My children's backpacks and lunch boxes don't have their names on them on the outside at all and they don't wear personalized clothing either. I do put their names on the inside of the backpacks and lunchboxes in case they get lost or misplaced at school but that's it. It's too much of a security risk to me and so many child abusers have admitted to using that information to get to their victim. There are other ways to distinguish your belongings from others than putting your name on it.

Amen! Just like those personalized sports bumperstickers.

I personally wouldn't do this. I feel it would be too much information displayed to strangers.
