This is what Amanda said about planning the party — "I have always loved the Swan Lake ballet, so when it came time to plan my daughters first birthday, I knew exactly what our theme would be. Swan Lake is primarily all white, but I figured early on in my planning that pink definitely had to make an appearance, and so it did! I wanted the party to be cute and fun (just like the birthday girl), so I incorporated a kid-like ballerina to the decor. The guests all raved about our delicious, personalized sweets, and they were almost too beautiful to eat. The birthday girl also had a smash cake that she dug into and a custom swan lake doll made to look similar to her. Overall, it was the perfect way to celebrate our little ballerina's first year."
