Pregnant Mom With 6-Pack Abs

These Women Are Due the Same Month — and the Difference in Their Bumps Will Shock You

These two expectant moms have a lot in common: not only are they friends, but they are also only four weeks apart in their pregnancies. However, looking at these moms-to-be side by side, you may never even know that one is pregnant.

That's exactly why Chontel Duncan, a fitness trainer from Australia, decided to post this photo of herself and her friend Nat. You should never pass an opinion or a judgment on a pregnant woman's body — or any woman's body for that matter — but especially those who are about to welcome a new life into this world (or just did).

She is hoping that her belly comparison shot will prove a point that women carry their babies differently and that they shouldn't be shamed for it. Whether they have a six-pack bump or are showing earlier than others would expect, they aren't expanding their bellies to please other people. They are doing what comes naturally to their bodies as they carry their unborn babies.

"Each woman carries different and this most certainly doesn't mean one is doing something wrong or not healthy," Duncan wrote. "We both have healthy growing babies and we both have had incredible pregnancies so far, feeling amazing and full of energy."

While people haven't been shy to share their opinion on the 6'1" woman's pregnant physique, this surprising belly bump shot may prove an important point.
