Stroller on Modern Family

Modern Family's Mitch and Cam Push Lily in a Peg Perego

Mitchell and Cam's daughter, Lily, on Modern Family is always pretty in a different pale pink outfit, but she appears to have just one set of wheels: a bright orange Peg Perego stroller. The infant character has been filmed shopping and traveling to Hawaii in the pictured carriage. Coincidentally, the brand, which has models ranging from $200 to about $700, may be best known for its lightweight travel strollers. We gave the Skate model a review of three and a half out of five stars in 2008. Have you pushed a Perego? What did you think?

We have the Peg Perego Switch and it's a fantastic stroller. It's easy to carry up and down the flight on stairs to our condo and it can stand on its own which is a major plus with limited storage space. I also like the Switch in particular because I can take the actually seat off and store separately if need be. The handles are at a good height and its so easy to maneuver. Strollers are so costly and we put in a lot of thought befire we purchased one and I am glad with the purchase we made.

It was about $150. It was marked down because it was a floor model. :D

I had a bright orange Peg Perego Aria. I loved it! I could push my daughter on asphalt, concrete, and dirt, then take her out of the stroller and fold it with one hand, and THEN carry both kid and stroller on to the bus without much hassle (ie., it was actually a practical way to get us around). Now she's three, and will have none of that "stroller" nonsense.
