I could not download the software from either the disc or the internet. For $50 plus four other books that can't be used @ $14 each this is the most expensive useless item you could buy. Also it is very annoying that the sound always starts at full volume instead of remembering where it was. Everytime the kids use it you have to lower the volume since they never will.

Yay Tag! My husband worked on the development of this product, testing the software for the books. My daughter is a little younger than the target demographic (she's 2) but she loved playing with this toy when he brought it home for testing on the weekends. And the online tracking of the kid's progress (I think they're calling it the "Learning Path") seems like a great idea! We highly recommend the I Spy book, there's some great pictures in there!
