These Are the Best "Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)" Videos Featuring Kids That the Internet Saw This Year

Unless you've been living under a rock this year, there's no doubt that you've heard Silentó's hit song "Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)" more times than you can count. It's safe to say that the song was stuck in our head for months, and for better or worse, the entire world seemed to feel the same way and responded by performing the iconic dance moves in a variety of scenarios on film.

These six videos featuring the overplayed tune — which all included kiddos in one way or another — were some of the best we saw all year.

What starts out as a supertalented young girl's solo dance performance quickly turns into an adorable duet between a daughter and her dad, who comes on camera matching his daughter's smooth moves (before epically breaking out into the Carlton). It's in the genes!

The Tiniest Whipper

NFL wide receiver Torrey Smith's 1-year-old son, T.J., goes from a sitting to standing position in one fluid motion in this video as soon as he hears the hit song begin to play. He then proceeds to let loose on the dance floor (playroom carpet) like his life depends on it.

PE teacher Jared Paschal used the viral hit to get his elementary school students up and moving by integrating aerobic exercise moves with the dance moves called out in the song — he definitely created the ultimate fun workout for his class!

Whipping in Active Labor

Akilah Wooten was discovered in the hallway of the hospital pulling out all her best moves during active labor to encourage the baby downward and avoid a C-section.

Even Cops Can Break It Down

A Washington DC police officer broke up a fight between some teens by challenging them to a dance-off. Aaliyah Taylor, a 17-year-old, walked over to the female officer with "Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)" playing on her phone, and the two promptly began shaking what their mamas gave them.
