Wee Are the World: Sunkist's Take a Stand Campaign

Sunkist is giving kids portable stands so they can make charitable lemonade. The citrus giant is making a sweet deal with children aged 7 to 12 — sell juice from a portable stand they ship and then donate the proceeds to a good cause. Their Take a Stand campaign recruited more than 15,000 kids from the United States and Canada in 2008.

The company plans on sending out 20,000 more stands this year. If your youngster wants to be part of this Summer project, fill out an online application. Tips for running a profitable business and thirst quencher recipes can also be found on the site.
