I agree I took the First Response made me cry because I used it on the day when I supposed to get my period and it said I wasn't. Yet I was so sure I was, so I was starting to think I'm crazy and I'm creating these symptoms in my head. (I really wanted to get pregnant) So I took the Walmart version of EPT and sure enough I was.

Greggie- I was going to say the same thing! First Response still gave me negatives days after my missed period, while other tests (EPT) showed that I was pregnant that day of my missed period.

I use anything but the First Response Early Detection. *lol* It's just totally unreliable with false negatives. My personal favorite is the Equate from Walmart. There's no fun digital readout, but the result's the same.

Greggie thanks for that info. Do you have one you prefer or do you think they're all the same?

I disagree with so many of your answers. For instance, the early morning urine. It's not recommended anymore if you're taking the test within the time guidelines stated. If your period is a week late due to pregnancy, you can pee anytime and get the result. Also, First Response Early Response can claim they're the most accurate all they want, but they're not. They're most sensitive because of the "early result" claim, but testing before a missed period or even within a day or two of missing it, they have a HUGE amount of false negatives. It is the most sensitive test, not the most accurate by a long shot.
