When Does Your Child Wake Up?

Some kiddos are awake before the rooster crows, while others opt to snooze in a little later. Tots are notorious for being early risers, leaving sleep deprived mamas and papas reaching for the coffee instead of the nonexistent snooze button. Tired parents try to push their children to wake up later and later, but resetting a child's internal alarm clock doesn't always work. Do tell, what times do your children wake up?

Between 6 and 7 most days. I love when he makes it to 7--it's almost like sleeping in!

My daughter was a 6 AM riser until around a year and a half when she started staying up a little later and sleeping until 7:30 or 8. As much as i would DESPERATELY like to sleep in past then, I get up and wake her up then even if she doesn't because it totally throws off her sleep schedule if we let her sleep in. She then doesn't nap, and is fussy pretty much from 11am until bedtime. Uncooperative, tired, and irritable doesn't make for a pleasant day.

My girl is usually awake by 6 or 6:30 at the latest! We rarely need to set an alarm clock either :)

I don't remember the last time I actually set an alarm clock. My son wakes up usually around 7:30 am. Sometimes, like this morning, he will hang out in the crib until like 8:30! I love those mornings.
