I absolutely love coffee, and at my first ob-gyn visit, I was beyond relieved when I was told that a cup or two a day was A-OK. So I drink that much (every now and then alternating for a decaf), and I don't feel bad about it. That little indulgence has made nine months sans sushi and wine seem totally manageable. If there's something that you really enjoy, and it's on the "in moderation" list, go for it . . . in moderation, of course.
