First Month

Forget about your weight and focus on the newest, and littlest, love of your life. We know it's tough, but try to use your first month postpartum to enjoy being a mom. Most women drop 18-25 pounds during the first month after giving birth (baby, placenta, etc.) — and there will be plenty of time to lose the rest later on. If you must do something, try adding kegels into your day.
