What's Scary Is That SNL's Parody of the First Debate Was Just Like the Real Thing

Alec Baldwin appeared on Saturday Night Live last night giving a Donald Trump debate impersonation that was so good, you'd think he spent more time preparing for the role than Trump did for the debate.

After claiming the debate is over even though it's just begun, Baldwin tries to get out of it by saying, "She broke it with Obama. She and Obama stole my microphone and took it to Kenya and they broke it and now it's broken." Other highlights include Baldwin repeatedly saying "China" and his expert lip pursing.

Kate McKinnon, playing Hillary Clinton, nails her portrayal as well by coming out coughing and re-creating Clinton's now-famous shimmy. She also brings up the real-life Alicia Machado drama, but the best part of the whole skit might be when she cries at the end because the debate is going just as she had planned.

We can't wait to see what Alec and Kate have in store for the rest of the season.
