Monkey Flip Recovery Smoothie

Protein Post-Workout Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 12 ounces of pure, unsweetened coconut water
    1 banana
    1 tablespoon almond butter
    2 tablespoons plain nonfat Greek yogurt
    Stevia or honey, to taste
    Ice, to preference

Directions

Add all the ingredients to a blender, and then blend until smooth.
