Magic Mojito

Ingredients
- 4 sprigs mint
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
2 ounces white rum, such as Flor de Caña [2]
2 ounces club soda
Strawberry cotton candy [3]
Directions
- Muddle mint, simple syrup, and lime juice in a shaker. Add rum and ice, and shake vigorously.
- Add club soda to the shaker.
- Place cotton candy in a martini glass. Slowly pour cocktail over the cotton candy, staying as close to the center of the glass as possible.
