Spiced Pineapple Kale Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup frozen pineapple
    1 1/4 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1 medjool date
    2 tablespoons rolled oats
    1 tablespoon almond butter
    1 cup kale or baby spinach
    1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth, about 1 minute.
