Breakfast: Sunrise Smoothie

Orange Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/4 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1/2 medium orange
    1/2 banana, frozen in chunks
    1/2 cup shredded carrots
    1 tablespoon almond butter
    1 tablespoon chia seeds

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, about 30 seconds. Add ice as desired for a frothier smoothie.
