Don't Just Smush Insects, Use This Instead

Don't Just Smush Insects, Use This Instead

I'm not the biggest fan of bugs by any means . . . but that doesn't mean I'm comfortable just squishing them either. I don't want to hope the creepy crawlers will crawl back wherever they came from so this Spider Catcher ($20) may solve all my problems. It's a two-foot long weapon that safely traps bugs so you can transport them outside to freedom – check out how it works in the video below.

I always use a glass and notecard, but this seems faster and less hassle. Sign me up!

I just scoop them up and take them outside. My fiance thinks I'm insane.

Weffie, I bet you wouldn't do that if you were in Australia...there are some really creepy crawlies there, and I don't mean only the way they look, not even the sheer size - I'm telling you, it's no fun to open youu door in the morning and discover that a 1/2" spider couldn't find a better place to weave its net but your door frame - I mean they bite, and most can do a lot of damage - liquified and necrotised hands and feet that need to be amputated!

that's amazing! i'm not afraid of spiders (i just scoop up any "creepy crawly" with my hands, they're all my friends) but i know my roomie could use this for when i'm not around... i think it's a fantastic idea.

I trap everything except roaches the way kayleigh83 describes. I kill roaches, well, I make my husband kill them while I stand on a chair or table shreiking :)

hah!! this is hilarious!! i'm not a huge fan of bugs either but i won't kill them, i just feel bad! i wouldn't buy this though - twenty bucks! it's just as easy to put a cup over the spider, slide a sturdy piece of paper or card paper under the cup, and let it outside!
