The question about which states are rabies free is a trick question. It is my understanding that all states are free of canine rabies. The Lower 48 continue to have problems with other sources of rabies such as squirrels, raccoons, skunks. Although, you did use a picture of a raccoon: that should have tipped me off. :dog:
