Thanks for posting the link to the ASPCA page. Hopefully every pet lover will read the list of the 10 ten toxic foods for pets and will stop giving their dogs and cats these human food items. Since my dog died years ago I made it my mission to tell everyone and anyone that onions and garlic are toxic to dogs and cats and to avoid feeding your beloved pets any foods that have either substance as an ingredient or seasoning. There is nothing worse than thinking that an innocent bump your dog received while playing the a tennis ball caused massive internal bleeding that they could not survive. The list once again: Experts at the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center urge you to avoid feeding the following foods to your pet: - Alcoholic beverages - Avocado - Chocolate (all forms) - Coffee (all forms) - Fatty foods - Macadamia nuts - Moldy or spoiled foods - Onions, onion powder - Raisins and grapes - Salt - Yeast dough - Garlic - Products sweetened with xylitol
