I have two favorite Orange County doggie daycares. One has live streaming and have super friendly staff. I've watched them online and saw them clean up accidents and break up fights super fast. The other is a doggie daycare/boarding that operates out of a vet hospital. I love those guys because while my dog is there for a play session, they'll let me know if he's due for vaccines or check ups and will ask if I want to have it done while he's there.

The one where I live (Fort Worth, TX) is fancy, but not overboard because I love the features! The dogs stay in air conditioned indoor extra large kennels with glass doors. In each kennel there is a video camera that the owners can go online and watch their dogs all day long! The day care plays with the dogs all day long, with or without contact with other dogs. There is even a doggie pool for hot Texas days! At the end of the day each dog gets a "report card" with a picture of your dog. Great stuff!

Living in NYC (one of the dog capitals of the world) word of mouth & talking to people is the biggest referral for me....if I know someone who likes it & feels their dog is safe there-chances are I will try it out or look into it further....
