She's beautiful, though. I didn't adopt her until she was 3, and that's what she weighed at that time. I have tried, but can't get her to lose any weight. rachaelnexus 7 years He has been always slim but now that he´s 12 years old has gained a few extra lbs, poor Taro he doesn´t want to exercise anymore, only wants a short walk and come back home to rest sunnynight 7 years Awww, that kitty in the picture is so cute! Schaianne 7 years Yes, Thor's a little overweight ... we try to watch his weight for him. But, he lives to eat! Sasha is right on ... but she eats to live! ;) demeter 7 years Yes my baby is very overweight and everyone always picks on him for it but he's a CAT! Come on! Rachel419 7 years My puppy is great, but my stepsister has a cat who looks excatly like Garfield. She had to put him on the Cat-kins diet! Jivespeaker 7 years One of my kitties is "over weight" according to my vet, but he was a rescue that I bottle fed since he was less than 2 weeks old. His other siblings are of "normal weight", but he's always been a big guy. We've recently switched the kitties to raw, along with the dogs, and so far he hasn't lost much weight. So, "over weight" he shall remain. runnergeek 7 years he's alittle chubby. but not too bad. sashak 7 years They are both just right. Bodhi was getting fat right before we moved out of my parent's house because they would give her ice cream!! But when we moved she basically stopped eating (I think it was from stress) and now she all back to normal!! CaterpillarGirl 7 years i have a munchkin breed cat, and he looks fat, but its just because he is squaty, my vet tells me he is in the normal range. On that note, i was at the vets yesterday, and this FAT dog came in, could barely walk. Poor thing. sexyeyes 7 years My Pucca is perfect :-D karisaamy 7 years My dog just went to the vet last week and they weighed her she's 54 pounds. Which the vet said was perfect for her. vmruby 7 years No.....his weight is perfect(12 lbs)according to his vet. lauradom 7 years One of my dogs is 93 pounds and should be about 70, so hugely overweight! The kids refer to him as the vacuum cleaner as he not only eats anything that is dropped, but will also stalk them to steal their food! He was malnourished as a puppy (before we adopted him), and has always eaten anything he can find except cherry tomatoes and olives! As a result he has arthritis in his hips and is only 9, and is now taking 4 Bufferin a day in order to walk without limping. My other dog is a perfect weight at 60 pounds, and shows no interest in people food or treats whatsoever! ktownpolarbear 7 years he's overweight now, but he's been slim and trim until recently. MandyJoBo 7 years Luckily, even though my cats eat more than other cats I know, they regulate their weight very well. I just feed them whenever they're hungry, which is usually about four times a day (half a can each) and dry food nibbles throughout the day! Phasekitty 7 years Brando's a basset, so we're naturally worried that he'll get overweight as he gets older. Right now he's pretty slim, but he's a puppy and still growing. He eats all his food as soon as you put it down so we have to be careful not to overfeed him. We keep him very active though, so I'm hoping to have a slim, trim basset on my hands in later years :) emisaurusrex 7 years Once of my cats is a bit overweight, but I find that his weight tends to yo-yo (heavier in the winter, lighter in the summer) so I think he's doing alright. The other 2 cats are a good weight, the kitten might be a little heavy but it's hard to tell because he's so young and a puffball! My pomeranian is a healthy weight and so is the poodle mix I adopted a few weeks ago, although he started out underweight and has just come up to a more healthy weight. :) WhatTheFrockBlog 7 years Basil is perfect. In fact, he's the only one in the house who is at a healthy weight. aimeeb 7 years My kitties are just right :) colormesticky 7 years Bulldogs are supposed to be thick, so as long as I can see the curve of their waist I don't worry. BlairBear 7 years My Baby is a little overweight but she is getting older and we moved from a giant yard for her to run and play in to a small one and we're about to move to an even smaller yard. She doesn't get along with other dogs anymore (she got attacked by a neighbors dog last year) so it's hard to take her out on walks. PrincessTracy 7 years YES HELP! I'm worried about him!!!! Lovely_1 7 years My kitty at my home isn't, but at my parents the big boy is HUGE and so is my Beagle because she eats EVERYTHING that falls on teh floor. cageyme 7 years My dog is a very lean 111 pounds. He's very muscle-ey.
