Maria Menounos Is Right on Track With Her New Year's Resolution

Talk about a bikini body! Maria Menounos soaked up the sun in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, on Friday, showing off her chiseled six-pack in a black-and-white two-piece bikini. The Extra host curled on a lounge chair while reading a book in her sunny spot. At one point, Maria literally turned heads as she took a quick stroll in the sand — one guy couldn't help but look up and grin at her!

Maria has been kicking off 2014 with healthy ambitions. On Tuesday, she tweeted an Instagram photo of an exercise mat and equipment, writing, "After the holiday food fest I've had . . . this is by my bed to make sure I do something!" Butt lifts, sit-ups, and inner thighs are just some of the moves on her list, she noted. Maria knows a thing or two about balancing life, work, and fitness — her book, The EveryGirl's Guide to Life, has made her a New York Times bestselling author.
