Unbelievable Photos Capture the Southern California Wildfires

Multiple wildfires continued to blaze across California's San Diego County on Thursday, and although some residents were able to return to their homes, new evacuation orders were issued for certain areas. The so-called Poinsettia fire broke out midday Wednesday in Carlsbad, burning eight homes, two businesses, and a condominium complex. More than 15,000 evacuation notices were issued to residents, and the fire's damage was estimated at $22.5 million. Meanwhile, flames whipped through several other areas including San Marcos, Camp Pendleton, Oceanside, and Santa Barbara County. The seasonal Santa Ana winds made it more difficult for firefighters to battle the flames, but conditions are expected to improve by Friday. Take a look at some of the shocking photos of San Diego County's wildfires.
