On the one-year anniversary of Cory Monteith's death, Lea Michele took to Twitter and Instagram to honor her late boyfriend. "We hold you in our hearts today, and every day we remember your smile. We will love you and miss you always," she tweeted on Sunday. The message includes a picture of Cory smiling at the beach as Lea holds him and faces the water. In her Instagram picture, Lea smiles and leans into Cory's chest while he flashes his unforgettable smile and seemingly giggles.
