Even while hiking in the midst of Summer, Lea Michele and boyfriend Matthew Paetz aren't reluctant to show PDA. The couple scored some exercise with friends in LA on Saturday, making their way through a winding trail. Lea and Matthew smiled, laughed, and held hands throughout the outing. The cute moments continued back at the car, where Matthew held the door open for the Glee actress. They last gave us a glimpse of their magnetic connection during their kiss-filled vacation in Italy in July. Lea has since returned to work, debuting a look we haven't seen from her before while filming scenes for an upcoming Sons of Anarchy episode.
