Heidi and Spencer are SUPER annoying...I really don't like them, especially as a couple.

Oh my God what a terrible thing to say! I think I agree with Heidi's mom.

It's so sad...can you imagine being at SUCH odds with your own mother that she would say that to a national publication? I think it will last longer than six months. As soon as "The Hills" ends Heidi and Spencer will lose the spotlight and everything will fall apart.

Not that I give a hoot about these media ho's, but Heidi's mom sounds pretty entertaining.

I have two sons and a daughter, and I would never be so blatantly intrusive in their adult lives. Heidi is a reflection of how her mother raised her. If she doesn't like her choices as an adult- Tough. We don't own our children. They are ours to nurture and grow...then you let them live their own lives. My grandmother gives me advice when I ask and a shoulder to cry on when I screw up, but no pacifier. I thank God for her!!

When will these 'untrained Hollywood moms' learn how to respond to the media, when their kids are just barely celebrities in the first place?

Ryan is another one...I wouldn't go near him with a ten-foot pole in part because of his mother! It does more harm than good.

Kudos to Heidi's mom. Spencer is an *sshole and a complete tool. A nightmare for any parent to have to welcome into their family and he has been absolutely NOTHING but in their face RUDE to her parents and her sister. Out right rude. If any of my suitors had spoken to my father or mother or sibling the way he did..on national television no less I would have kicked him to the curb and hired a thug to kick his ass on my behalf. And I am not a violent person.. but seriously.

Good luck Heidi and my condolences on your soon to be short lived nuptuals.. and Spence was smart to get her drunk(they admitted to having a few before coming up with and executing the idea)cause God knows her friends, co-workers and family would have probably done ANYTHING to stop a planned wedding in the states. As much as you disagree with their marriage (even I don't really care for Speidi pairing), she's still an adult, mom also shouldn't be dragging such private thoughts to public view. I'd definitely not do that to my kids, but hey, to each her own.

I think if we were talking about normal people with real lives I would feel bad for Heidi. But realistically what mother would want her daughter with that (so called) man? I do think her mom is serious and that is sad, but it's obvious that Heidi is more than willing to trade her family's love and affection for a few more minutes of camera time. I mean why else would she put up with that d bag? It's all just a stunt to get ratings and it's working. These things are so planned out it's not even funny. None of these people has a real life anymore and it's kind of sad to be that young and be willing to hand over your whole existence to some producer or whoever. And that fact that they really believe they are special just makes me sad for them
