I am all about store brand stuff, but I was raised that way. My mom only buys name brand items if they are cheaper (coupon or sale) than the generic kind. My husband was raised just the opposite so he wont even give the store brand a try!

In the Lever factory the containers for the Sunlight laundry soap are literally filled from the same machine as the store brands, on the same conveyor belt. Exactly the same product with two different prices... a brand name doesn't mean better quality, just that you paid too much.
