While refueling in the morning may not have an impact on fuel economy, refueling after dark does have a positive impact on the amount of ground level ozone that is produced by fueling your car... so always refuel after dark.

Thanks for posting this! I commented on someone's sugar awhile ago because they had listed these ways to save gas, and I actually did the math for the density & temperature calculations and proved the difference was negligible, but this girl was still about "trusting" her dad or uncle or whatever who had "work in the industry" instead of the evidence I placed right in front of her face. Hopefully this enjoys more success!
