We'll all be losing an hour today because of Daylight Savings when we move our clocks forward an hour. It's always a bonus when we get an extra hour of light, but a downer that we lose one hour of sleep. How do you feel about daylight savings, and are you going to bed earlier tonight?

I don't like the whole daylight savings. At least in the south it doesn't really give you an hour more of sunlight, its already pretty sunny down here.

I love it! I'm a night person and never get up before 7:30 unless there's a plane to catch. This way, I have more light in the evenings to work out, read for work, etc. Finally, I'll be leaving work when it's still light out!

It totally messes up my system. I hate springing forward, I hate falling back, I hate the whole darn thing.
