It takes all kinds to make up a workplace, and along with the introverts, extroverts, people-pleasers, and pragmatists, every workplace has leaders and followers. Being a leader is no easy task, as you all seem to know — almost half of you say you wouldn’t want your boss’s job. But some people (like, say, Michael Scott?) just naturally gravitate toward leadership positions and aren’t satisfied unless they’re in them. Others prefer to focus on doing their own work and doing it well, and let someone else deal with the big picture and office politics. Which category do you fall into?
