Productivity, I think. Given the nature of my job, I can do a lot of research and learn as I go, so since I'm relatively newk, my work ethic and productivity are probably my strong suits! But that's not saying I'm not knowledgeable on the subject matter...I'm just not one of those people who sleeps and breathes this stuff, like some other people I know, who aren't great workers...
