Money for a C? It would be a disgrace for *me* but I'm guessing those kids get mostly Ds. That scheme encourages kids to improve their own grades, from D to C, from C to B and from B to A. I think it's great.

Yeah everything that has been happening on Wall Street has been flooding the news and everyone's conservations that those question were easy. I can't believe they are paying kids for Cs, that's an absolute disgrace.
