Ready to Bring Your Lunch to Work Tomorrow?

My bringing lunch to work week challenge starts tomorrow so I hope you are all going to join in the fun. Let's save money and eat healthy by making our own lunches! I know how it might be hard to do that every day (I know I have trouble with it), so I decided to limit it to just one week — how simple is that?

I bring my breakfast and lunch to work every day. I have a lot of frozen meals and Campbell's Chunky soup, but I also purposely cook extra when I make dinner so I have it for lunch. If you're worried you'll overeat dinner, pack your lunch before you even make your dinner plate. I know soup and frozen meals aren't the best because of the sodium, but it can't be worse than eating out all the time and it's much cheaper. Plus, I'll usually take some fruit or oatmeal for breakfast.
